Peruvian Rockfish Stew

If you can't travel in person, you should at least let your tastebuds travel! This Tasty Rockfish Stew was served to me at a new Peruvian restaurant in Tigard, Oregon called Fogon Criollo (in the former location of my favorite Jet Set Coffee). My daughters and I enjoyed the friendly, family atmosphere and the rich, large portions of food. It was so delicious and attractive, that I just had to paint it! In the background you can see what remains of our side of fried plantains on the left and some Lomo Saltado on the right. The original work is a 5.5"x5.5" watercolor with Polychromos Pencils.
